How the readiness calculator scores answers
Answers use a 1–5 scale. Each pillar averages its answers, converts that average to 0–100, and rounds it. The overall index is the rounded average of the six pillar scores, with equal weight for each pillar.
Pillar score = round(((average answer - 1) / 4) × 100)
| Score | Maturity level |
|---|---|
| 0 to 39 | Nascent |
| 40 to 59 | Emerging |
| 60 to 79 | Operational |
| 80 to 100 | Transformational |
This is a self-reported diagnostic. Comparison benchmarks and percentile-style positioning are illustrative, not validated industry statistics. A separate compliance-readiness score does not certify compliance or change the six-pillar overall index.
